When I first started blogging I thought I needed to really sit down and create something. So I started making lists of topics that I wanted to write about. Unfortunately, inexperience, laziness and lack of actually starting the writing process left me with long lists but no blogs. Then, when I finally returned to these topics I would have vague memories about the experience. Amateur move. Nothing beats having inspiration, a muse, drive, that will to want to write.
Now, I try to write as soon as possible about the idea. Like when it comes to me. Which may mean typing it out on my iPhone Notes section. But hey, I’ll take it where I can get it!
For anyone wanting to blog, or start any kind of project, there are two parts that I believe can be the most difficult. First, the motivation to actually start the process. It has to start somewhere! Whether its buying the domain to your website, or just creating an account on WordPress. You have to start. Secondly, the follow through. Once you start, you have to keep going. Its gets easier the more you do it, the more it becomes a part of your daily routine.
